Because our products are customized to order, the customer is responsible for remitting proper spelling of names, cities, zip codes, etc. when placing orders. Due to this customization, returns and exchanges will not be authorized unless a spelling or numerical mistake is made by Little Birdie. In the event this occurs, we will replace the item at no additional cost. All product replacements must be approved by us with prior authorization.
